Question 1

Should I make an appointment before attending?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Telephone first so that the team can confirm availability and the most appropriate solicitor for the matter.

Question 2

Can I contact either Belfast office?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The firm can direct your enquiry internally. The solicitor handling the matter may work across either office or attend elsewhere.

Question 3

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Bring identification and any relevant court, police, property, medical or correspondence documents. The team will provide a tailored list where possible.

Question 4

What if the matter is urgent?

Accepted Answer

For an arrest or police station matter, call the 24-hour criminal line on 07584 414355. For another imminent deadline, telephone the office rather than relying only on the online form.
