Client messages and uploaded documents

The Existing Client Hub allows existing clients to send messages, callback requests, contact-detail updates and documents requested by the firm. Submissions may contain identifying and case-related information and are used to match the communication to the relevant file and respond where required.

Clients should not upload passwords, payment-card information, unrequested identity documents or highly sensitive records through the general document form. Where enhanced security or larger-file transfer is required, the firm may provide a separate approved method.

Form submissions and uploaded-file links may be delivered to reg@brlsolicitors.com and may also be retained within the website hosting provider’s forms system until reviewed and deleted in accordance with the firm’s data-management procedures.
