How can we help with your existing matter?
This is a communication and document-delivery hub. It is not a login-based case-management system and does not display live case status, correspondence or documents held by the firm.
Enter your case details once
These details can be copied into each form during this browser session. They are not sent until you submit a form.
Choose the task that best matches what you need
Each option sends a separate submission to the firm so it can be identified and handled appropriately.

- Do not send original documents through the website.
- Do not assume a legal deadline has been protected until the responsible solicitor confirms this.
- For highly sensitive records, identity documents, banking information or large files, contact the office for the approved transfer method.

Keeping contact information current helps the firm communicate important correspondence and appointment details.
Tell us about a hearing, appointment, interview or deadline
This form creates a structured notification for the firm. If the date is imminent or has changed unexpectedly, telephone the office as well.
Request an update, date or copy of a document
Use this form for a focused administrative request. It does not replace a scheduled legal consultation where detailed advice is required.
After You Submit
What happens to your online submission?
The portal creates a structured notification for the general client-services inbox. The office must still identify the file, complete any necessary checks and direct the material to the correct solicitor or team.
Automatic delivery
The submission and any uploaded-file links are recorded through the website form service and notified to reg@brlsolicitors.com.
File matching
Your name and file reference are used to identify the matter. Missing or inaccurate details may delay internal routing.
Internal review
The office directs the communication to the relevant solicitor or team. A submission is not confirmation that instructions have been accepted or acted upon.
Appropriate response
The firm may reply by email, telephone or another suitable method. Sensitive documents may require a different transfer process.
